Order beats Legion, but Covenant has a distinct advantage over them. Legion dinos are strong against Covenant, but can struggle against Order. However, Legion dinos’ Carapace can be countered by the “Mark” ability of Covenant dinos. For instance, Legion dinos can enter Rage mode to deal extra damage and penetrate Armor used by Order.
